Thaxton is an accomplished Chemical Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA in Finance. Beyond crunching numbers, Thaxton's 30 year operations background has focused on developing profit-conscious innovations.

Gordon is a veteran in traditional freight factoring, with over a decade of experience. Maressa started her career at Triumph Business Capital, then took on managerial and VP roles at eCapital and TPine. She holds two Masters degrees in Applied Analytics and Business Management, and has dedicated her career to improving efficiencies, experiences and value for freight carriers.

Revy has made financial innovation his life's work. Beyond a three-decade background in management for financial firms - including a VP role (convertibles) at Lehman until 1998 - Mike is now a pioneer for BaaS solutions. Mike is also the founder of Bulla, a platform for tokenizing trade receivables.

Waller is a seasoned commercial finance leader with nearly two decades of experience in traditional freight factoring. Todd has held top posts in operations, business development and collections. At TCS, Todd wears all three hats as a Director, as well as managing special projects, including management of TCS internships available to Masters of Fintech Engineering students at Duke University.

Sklar (Esq.) is fmr Senior Counsel & Policy Advisor to both the CFTC and Federal Reserve. Maggie is a Managing Director for SEDA, Chairman of the GDCA Regulatory Committee, a Founder of the Association for Women in Crypto, and a fmr Partner (Banking) at Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP.

Chapman is the fmr Capital Markets Lead at Wells Fargo, and the fmr Head of Banking at Anchorage Digital. Ken is also a graduate of West Point, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. With nearly three decades in finance, Ken joined the Team to bring the TCS BaaS solution to market at scale.

Stoddart's career spans 35 years in capital markets, and he advises several fintech and BaaS companies. Tim's deep knowledge in the digital asset and securities space provide a bridge from yesterday's tradfi markets, to tomorrow's digital financial systems.
